Rare Dalmore Whisky Dinner December 7 at Bob’s Steak and Chophouse

Part of a series of exclusive events leading up to a big deal Vegas event called the Universal Whisky Experience, the Dallas dinner matches Bob’s steaks with old Dalmore scotches–including the single malt, 18 year-old King Alexander III, the 1981 Vintage Dalmore, the 40 year-old Astrum and a dram of the 45 year-old single malt Aurora.

“We’ll also be pouring from the newly launched Sirius range, which includes a 1965 Carsebridge single grain, a 1966 Fettercairn single malt and a 44 year-old single malt from the Dalmore stable,” reports Mahesh Patel, the event’s founder, who will attend the dinner and introduce the Dalmore’s Director of Rare Whisky, David Robertson.

(The duo is hosting similar events at eight restaurants across the US–this Dallas stop is the fourth in the series.)

Patel says the value of the whiskey pours you’ll be tasting is $2,000. The cost of the tastings (including the four-course Bob’s meal) is $350. Tickets are here.
