Meet, Greet & Eat with Wolfgang Puck, in Dallas, on February 1

<strong>Wolfgang Puck’s Five Sixty restaurant, high above downtown Dallas in Reunion Tower, is celebrating Chinese New Year with a special prix fixe menu from January 23 through February 3, plus a meet, eat and greet with Wolfie himself on February 1.

Food-friendly 560 publicist Kellyn Curtis writes to say that the special $125 menu ($175 with wine pairings) will include wok-fired dumplings with XO chile sauce, roasted loup de mer, apple wood smoked Peking duck, and Szechuan pepper crusted filet. You could order off the regular dinner menu, but why would you–this prix fixe menu sounds pretty swell. Me? I’d time it to meet Mr. Puck on February 1.
