Graham Dodds’ cooking drives me crazy. He’s an unsung hero at Central 214, where his locavore menu includes ingredients you don’t see at every F2T restaurant. One day, it’s dinosaur kale; on another, it’s goat brisket. On Wednesday, March 20, Dodds is teaming up with local Waygu producer Marblelous Beef (near Waxahachie) and Dan Duckhorn’s excellent Duckhorn winery to present a wine dinner with a particularly delicious grass-fed lineup. $90 ++ gets you in and out. 6 pm.
