Hot Date: FT33 wine dinner with Napa’s O’Shaughnessy wines on Monday, February 10
FT33′s chef owner, Matt McCallister, says he’s preparing a 6-course stunner to pair with wines from Napa’s O’Shaughnessy Winery on Monday, February 10. Winemaker Sean Capiaux will be pouring his Howell Mountain and Mt. Veeder cabernet, his Oakville chardonnay and a few pinot noire from Capiaux’s own label.
And yes, “the evening will include … charcuterie,” says McCallister.
Cocktails start flowing at 6:30 p.m., but you’ll need a reservation.
$175++ ($90 if you’re the designated driver and not drinking).
