Hot Date: Duckhorn Vineyards wine dinner at Cool River Cafe this Saturday, April 5
Rodman Shields, the super-talented exec chef of Cool River Cafe in Las Colinas, says he’s planned a terrific dinner to pair with bottles of Dan Duckhorn’s equally terrific Napa wines. Saturday, April 5, 7 p.m. The meal will set you back $89 +++ (the third + is for a billion calories). Sauv blanc, chardonnay, pinot, merlot and zin will be poured. Duckhorn Vineyards’ Ashley O’Leary will offer tasting notes and insight. Rodman will cook.
