Chef Misti Norris gone from FT33, but is a new Oak Cliff brewpub in her future? Also, Bowl & Barrel opening in San Antonio

<strong>Misti Norris, until recently one of FT33‘s star sous chefs, is moving on up … to the East side. Norris isn’t talking about her new project but she’s certainly been keeping busy; the last few days, we’ve spotted her butchering heritage pigs and making charcuterie for what we hear will be a new brewpub on Jefferson Avenue in Oak Cliff.

Also on in the revolving door: Chef Matt Becnel, formerly of Charlie Palmer and Pappas Bros. steakhouse, is now formerly of Front Room.

Kyle Noonan and Josh Sepkowitz are opening another Bowl & Barrel, the bowling alley and fancy food restaurant whose opening menu was designed by chef Sharon Hage.  Their second B&B is under construction at The Rim development in San Antonio.
