Kickstarter campaign to launch Bearded Eel Craft Brewery in Fort Worth

Want to get in on the ground floor of a new craft brewery? Here’s your chance.

Husband and wife brewmasters B.J. and Becky Burnett, two self-described nerds and former school teachers, hope to open Bearded Eel Craft Brewery in North Fort Worth, and they’re turning to Kickstarter to raise the capital.

“Fort Worth is growing in the craft beer scene, but there is yet to be a brewery in the northern part of the city. This is where Bearded Eel Craft Brewery comes in. Our vision is to be an integral part of the community that we love! The importance of our community to us could not be over-state,” the Burnett’s write no their website.

“We see Bearded Eel as a addition to the culture and quality of the place we call home. We have the location, brew system, fermenters, and cold room but are needing a few more items to open the brewery doors and have a space for you to come and enjoy our small-batch brews!”
