Hot Date: Cook Hall hosting Grapevine Brewery beer dinner on Friday, September 26

will showcase craft brews from Grapevine Craft Brewery at a beer dinner on Friday, September 26 at 7:00 p.m.  Five courses, $55 ++.  Per Cook Hall, here’s what’s planned:

• Pork Rillette with Crisp Plantain Chips paired with Grapevine’s Monarch Classic American Wheat Ale
• Red and White Endive Salad, Candied Pecans with Blue Cheese Dressing paired with Grapevine’s Saison Festival
• Roasted Organic Chicken, Fall Vegetables and Light Mustard Sauce paired with Grapevine’s Lakefire Rye Pale Ale
• Roasted Venison, Horseradish Spaetzle and Poached Pear paired with Grapevine’s Ten Gauge Belgian IPA
• An Apple and Pecan Sticky Bun with Brown Butter Ice Cream paired with Grapevine’s Sir William Brown Ale
