New Lobster Food Truck to roll into Dallas next month
Sweet Jesus, the Holy Grail of food trucks is about to roll the streets of Dallas. Cousins Maine Lobsters, founded in 2012 in Los Angeles by a pair of cousins from Maine with actual lobster fishing experience, will begin serving lobster rolls, lobster quesadillas, lobster tator tots, lobster bisque and lobster tacos out of their mobile kitchen on March 24 from their dock at Sigel’s-Greenville (5757 Greenville Ave., Dallas).
The owners of Cousins Maine Lobsters are real cousins who grew up eating lobsters in Maine. They began selling lobster rolls out of a single truck in LA and now have a fleet of trucks and an online store.
To follow along (and learn their location), they’ll post their weekly schedule here.
Here’s the menu; a company spokesperson says no prices are listed because prices fluctuate with the wholesale price of lobster, but you can expect items to run $5-$15.
