New steakhouse headed for Trinity Groves in Dallas

Yesterday, we told you that Saint Rocco’s, the new Italian restaurant under construction in Trinity Groves, is scheduled to open on September 8. Now, we’ve learned that a new, casual steakhouse concept will soon take shape on the back end of the same Trinity Groves development, EscapeHatch has learned.

“It’s going to be a saloon/bar with good steaks,” says Trinity Groves partner Bob Sambol, who knows a thing or two about steakhouses (he founded Bob’s Steak & Chophouse). Construction is expected to begin in mid-September.
