Grace Restaurant chef Blaine Staniford teaching cooking class at Dallas Farmers’ Market on Saturday, September 5, as part of U.S. “Plate” tour


EscapeHatch favorite Blaine Staniford, the chef at Fort Worth’s Grace Restaurant, will be teaching a free thirty-minute cooking class at the Dallas Farmers’ Market tomorrow morning, September 5, at 11:00. He’ll be demonstrating his technique for cooking pan-seared scallops with sunchoke puree and brown butter-caper emulsion. The demo is part of Plated‘s  9-city, nationwide cooking tour that focuses on sustainable ingredients and home cooking. The tour hits Dallas this weekend then Austin next week.
