FT33 has a new executive chef: Nilton “Junior” Borges


Nilton “Junior” Borges has joined Matt McCallister’s FT33 as its new executive chef. Borges most recently served as exec chef of Uchi Dallas until he was suddenly turned loose. Now, Borges has landed at FT33, where he and chef de cuisine Josh Sutcliffe are expanding the tasting menu, a $95 set menu offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
