The sixth annual Bonne Santé, a wine and food fundraiser benefiting the National Kidney Foundation, takes place this Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the Westin Galleria Dallas. Joining Gottlich and Koval as co-hosts are Scott’s wife, Gina, and chef Edward Mendoza, the chef of Cecina 503.
Chefs and restaurants participating in the wine-and-dine-around include Shawn McClain, Sage Restaurant; Matt Dallman, 18th & Vine Kansas City Barbecue; Samir Dhurandhar, Nick and Sam’s; Scott Gottlich, The Second Floor by Scott Gottlich; Richard Hebben, XIX Nineteen Hyatt at The Bellevue; Sara Hooton, Central Market; William Koval, Lakewood Country Club; Edward Mendoza, Cecina 503; Abraham Salum, Komali/Salum; Gianni Santin, Haute Sweets Patisserie; Ray Skradzinski, The Table; Marcus Strietzel, The Adolphus Hotel; and Jason Weaver, Omni Dallas Hotel.
