100 bartenders, 40 cocktails, party under the stars at Klyde Warren Park all part of November 5 Trigger’s Toys “Ultimate Cocktail Experience” fundraiser

Forty cocktails, 100 bartenders, drinking under the stars while raising money to help hospitalized kids at Christmas? Win, win, win, win. Put November 5 on your calendar and click here to join the fun.

When mixmaster Bryan Townsend organized the first Ultimate Cocktail Experience four years ago, he had no way of knowing the cocktail-centric charitable fundraiser would grow to include 100 of the region’s best bartenders and raise $130,000 of dollars on one night, all of it going to assist chronically ill children and their families through the Trigger’s Toys programs. Trigger’s Toys help kids in local hospitals around the state and the country.

Now in its fifth year, Townsend and his cocktail cadre of bartenders, spirits brands and distributors hope to more than double that amount.

The event moves to Klyde Warren Park this year, which will allow for more booze, more patrons and more space to mingle at the Saturday, November 5 event. Tickets may be purchased at http://www.prekindle.com/promo/id/24545708307205621.

“Through this event, we’re offering a unique way for people to experience the talents of our service industry while giving back to their community,” said Townsend via a release. “We’re so appreciative of our bar and restaurant industry, as well as friends and donors, who’ve gathered together to not only enjoy great drinks and a fun evening, but to support an important cause that dramatically impacts hospitalized children and their families.”

The theme of this year’s event is “Cocktails from Around the World” and will feature five pop-up bars dotting Klyde Warren Park. Each bar will represent a different geographic region—Asia, South America, Africa, Europe and North America—with accompanying décor and drinks. Bars will be led by captains, with more than 100 bartenders spread across the five teams. Each bar will develop its concept, curate a detailed environment and create a special menu for the occasion.
