Top Knot debuts Korean Fried Chicken tonight, raising funds for Dallas CASA
If you’re in the mood for KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), strong drinks and an opportunity to do good tonight, you’ll be pleased to know that Top Knot is offering all three.
Tonight, Monday, October 3, from 8-11 pm, Top Knot will be serving four specialty cocktails in collaboration with The Barman’s Fund and The Standard Pour. All tips will go towards Dallas CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), which helps abused children in many ways.
Barmen Brian McCullough (Standard Pour) and Brian Floyd (The Barman’s Fund) join the Top Knot chef, Angela Hernandez, in hosting the fundraiser. Tonight marks the menu debut of Hernandez’s Korean Fried Chicken, a new Sunday and Monday menu item at Top Knot.
The Barman’s Fund, which Floyd created in 2011, encourages local bartenders to donate tips to charities.
No reservations necessary. Walk-ins welcome.
