Chef Terry Cook pairing big steaks with Italian Amarone at April 6 Masi wine dinner at The Palm in Dallas
Talented chef Terry Cook is teaming with Italy wine producer Masi on a big wine dinner at the Palm steakhouse in Dallas this Thursday at 6:30 pm. Espresso rubbed prime strip steaks, halibut and some killer Masi wines (sneak a little extra Masi Costasera Amarone della Valpolicella Classico if you can) get the star treatment at this five-course April 6 wine dinner. $150++ per person.
