Eric Freidline, the top chef at Sevy’s Grill, sends word that he and his crew will be featuring Napa’s Black Stallion Winery at a VIP wine dinner on Monday May 22, and you’re invited. The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. The menu looks solid: steamed buns filled with yuzu-glazed pork belly, smoked trout, antarctic sea bass with lemon and vanilla oils, venison strip steak with beef bacon and blackberries, plus a tart rhubarb cobbler for dessert. $89.95 ++.
