Take a look inside Legacy Hall, the ginormous $100M food and entertainment complex opening this week in Plano, Texas

The EscapeHatch HQ crew got a VIP sneak peek this weekend into one of the most impressive food halls in the world. Legacy Hall, a three-floor food and entertainment complex whispered to have cost nearly $100M.

Legacy Hall and its adjacent sister restaurant, Haywire, anchor the fun corner of the $1B Shops at Legacy West. Legacy Hall’s first floor buzzes with dozens of independent chefs whose specialty shops serve everything from lamb shawarma to grilled cheese donuts to Uno Immanivong’s yakitori to John Tesar’s excellent Knife burgers (the best $7 deal in town). A brewery occupies the entire third floor, while bars, dining space and a huge patio spread out on floor 2.

Wow, the place is amazing. Opens Wednesday.
