Four wine dinners caught my inbox attention this weekend:
On June 12th, John Tesar is hosting a five course dinner at Spoon Bar & Kitchen featuring wines from Merriman Wines.
On June 13th, one of Texas’ best (and most unheralded chefs), Michael Gaspard of Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, will ably match his cooking with Far Niente and Nickel & Nickel wines (menu here).
On June 22, Grant Morgan, the chef at the Ranch at Las Colinas, will be hosting a wine dinner featuring Franciscan Estate wines.
And on June 27, Lanny Lancarte, the chef-owner of my favorite FW restaurant– Lanny’s Alta Cocina– will go Eurocentric.
