New brewpub, Small, slated to open this month in Oak Cliff with Misti Norris as chef

Barmen Aaron Garcia and Benj Pocta are poised to open Small Brewpub later this month, one block west of the Texas Theatre on Jefferson Avenue in Oak Cliff. Misti Norris is Small’s chef. The gastropub will serve local beer and chef-made food. The team isn’t talking much, but we do know this: Norris, one of my favorite chefs, has been busy the last few months making lots and lots of charcuterie and designing aprons, so we have that to look forward to.
