Suckling pig, tamales, stuffed squash blossoms on Dos Jefes “Mexican Pantry” dinner Thursday, October 13


Uptown’s Dos Jefes has expanded their menu and invented a new dinner series they’re calling The Mexican Pantry Dinner. Executive chef Samir Dhurandhar and chef de cuisine Salvador Ordaz kick off the monthly dinner specials this Thursday, October 13, at 6:30 pm with a prix fixe menu ($50++) that includes squash blossom fritters stuffed with goat cheese and chicken, pazole verde, suckling pig, and tiger prawn tamales.
