Chef Sharon Hage a Featured Chef at Rockwall Truffle Dinner December 7

Chef Chad Bowden of Rockwall’s Culpepper Steak House announced earlier this month that he stumbled upon the largest white truffle to ship to the United States in the past three years. Bowden will use the $8,000, 1.7 pound, white Alban truffle as the featured ingredient in an upcoming dinner prepared by some of the areas best chefs, including Sharon Hage, who recently closed York Street after nearly 10 years of business.
We snagged a copy of the menu for the December 7th dinner, which has proven to be one hot ticket for the area.
Culpepper Steak House, founded in 1982, is located in Rockwall, about 20 minutes from downtown Dallas.
