Four Seasons Resort Rolls Out Special Healthy Menu
I really like Katie Natalie and love what she’s doing as the chef at the Four Season Resort’s main dining room, Cafe on the Green. (I know, it’s an unfortunate moniker for such a classy restaurant.) Natalie’s rolling out a Healthy Start menu January 18-23 to help you keep your New Year’s resolution to eat better.
If you haven’t been to Cafe on the Green–or if it’s been a while–you should check it out. When I last reviewed it for the Dallas Morning News, I rated Cafe on the Green four stars, More recently, I praised Natalie and the Cafe’s Master Sommelier, James Tidwell, in the July issue of Modern Luxury.
