Nominate your pick for Best Restaurant and Best Chef for a James Beard Foundation Award

Dallas and Fort Worth often get short-sheeted for James Beard Foundation awards. We have more than a generous share of excellent restaurants, talented chefs and crafty restaurateurs to celebrate (Spoon, FT33 and Nonna come to mind, for example). Now’s our chance to nominate our favorites for the national award that represents the Academy Awards of the food world.

Alice Laussade has won a James Beard Award (for humor). Mark Stuertz won one (for restaurant criticism). Stephen Pyles and Dean Fearing have won. Let’s win some more.
