FM Smoke House rolls out new weekend brunch menu starring beer pancakes
FM Smoke House rolls out their new weekend brunch menu Saturday with more than a couple items that caught my eye. The Hefeweizen pancakes slathered with caramel syrup and ripe bananas seem like a perfect way to start the weekend (or finish the previous night). The hotcakes are made with a big glug of Austin’s Live Oak hefeweizen beer. Not a pancake gal? The brisket Benedict, classic migas, CFS sliders on buttermilk biscuits sounded nearly as good.
Christi and Brian Rudolph own and operate FM Smoke House as well as Holy Grail Pub in Plano. FM Smokehouse’s menu showcases smoked meats, Texas-influenced dishes plus forty craft beers on tap and close to one hundred varieties of whiskey.
FM Smoke House, 660 Walnut Ridge Drive in Irving. Brunch served Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. 972-751-6633 or www.fmsmokehouse.com.
