Steak Town: III Forks Steakhouse to host 100-point wine dinner September 10, hosted by wine guy Guy Stout

If you’re into wine, wine scores, Robert Parker and steaks, put September 10 on your calendar and pull out your Centrurion card. Wine guy Guy Stout, a master sommelier and all around good guy (see how I used guy three times there?) will emcee a dinner at III Forks Steakhouse in Dallas that features steaks and 100-point wines. The kickers: only 30 seats and the ticket is steep — $600++, so figure $750 all in.
