Chefs Sharon Hage, James Johnson, Barb Werley to team up for special pinot noir wine dinner
She’s back! Well, sort of. Sharon Hage, once the darling of the early farm-to-table trend in Dallas, has been coaxed back to the stove beside James Johnson, a cooking colleague of Hage’s and the longtime chef of Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Dallas.
Hage and Johnson will collaborate on a “Pinot around the world” wine dinner on Friday, January 29 at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse. Master sommelier (and classically trained chef) Barb Werley selected the wines.
Here’s the menu. 7 p.m. $225++. You’ll need a reservation (214-366-2000).
