Dallas Chop House, Chivas Regal teaming up for scotch, steak dinner on Thursday, May 11


Chivas Regal whisky and Dallas Chop House are teaming up for a scotch, steak and cigar dinner on Thursday, May 11. DCH chef Richard Triptow’s menu includes hamachi crudo, flat iron steak and strip steak, each paired with a different Chivas whisky. After dinner, it’s hand-rolled cigars on the Dallas Chop House patio.

Triptow’s menu includes hamachi crudo with compressed honeydew melon, Serrano, almond paste, toasted almonds and Chivas Regal Extra; sage/garlic-brined flat iron with fresh herbed quark spaetzel, shaved tart apple and Chivas Regal 12yr; and grilled strip steak with smoked red pepper coulis, orange/sweet pepper glazed Brussels sprout and Chivas Regal 18yr. The whole thing begins at 6:30 pm. $50++.
