Recap: Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation’s “Tacos and Taps” a great party


The folks behind the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation thew down tacos and beer last night in an ideal, tree lined setting on the old Edwards Ranch.

Plenty of excellent tacos made (we especially  loved the yuca-and-bacon-fat-tortilla variation from Grace chef Blaine Staniford, plus a brisket number from Tacos del Norte) and tap beers, plus wines on tap from Central Market.

These guys know how to throw a party.
