The Theodore, the new NorthPark Center restaurant from Tim Byres, Christopher Jeffers and Christopher Zielke (the team behind Smoke, Bolsa and Chicken Scratch), has an opening date inked: Monday, November 16. Scott Romano is The Theodore’s lead chef. The restaurant includes a bakery that will produce artisanal breads and pastries from lunch through dinner, eventually expanding to include breakfast.
